Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before you begin.

What does CredEnd do?

CredEnd supports B2B invoice recovery, credit control, debtor communication, reconciliation and commercial settlement facilitation.

Is CredEnd a law firm?

No. Legal services, where required, are handled separately by independent empanelled advocates.

Can recovery be guaranteed?

No. Outcomes depend on documents, disputes, debtor capacity, limitation, jurisdiction and other facts.

What documents should I submit?

Invoices, ledger, orders or contract, delivery proof, correspondence and acknowledgements are commonly useful.

Can I submit a disputed invoice?

Yes, but disclose the dispute and share supporting records. CredEnd will assess whether a commercial resolution pathway is suitable.

How are fees charged?

Fees are confirmed in the engagement terms after case review. Advocate fees and legal costs are separate unless expressly stated.

Do city pages mean a local office?

No. They indicate service coverage. CredEnd uses a nationwide centralised workflow.

How is my information handled?

Information is processed for enquiry and service purposes under the privacy policy, with reasonable organisational and technical safeguards.
