Send a written grievance to business@credend.in with your name, contact details, relevant case or enquiry reference, description and requested resolution
CredEnd will acknowledge and review the grievance within a reasonable period, seek additional information where required and communicate the outcome
Matters concerning an independent advocate’s professional services should also be raised directly with that advocate.
