How CredEnd Works

A clear recovery workflow from intake to closure.

Every case follows a documented process while decisions remain under client control.

1. Secure case submission

Share invoices, ledger, purchase order or contract, delivery evidence, debtor contacts and communication history. Do not send original documents.

2. Commercial assessment

We review the claim, ageing, acknowledgements, known disputes and practical recovery constraints. This assessment is not a legal opinion and does not guarantee success.

3. Recovery strategy

A structured communication plan is prepared with clear stages, responsible persons and follow-up dates.

4. Professional engagement

CredEnd engages relevant debtor representatives with factual, proportionate and documented communication.

5. Negotiation and payment monitoring

Any payment plan, settlement or concession remains subject to client approval. Commitments and receipts are tracked.

6. Closure or separate legal escalation

On recovery or settlement, closure records can be prepared. If legal action is considered, independent empanelled advocates handle it under a separate arrangement.
